Services as Preacher

Objective of Ministry -To minister worldwide in the re-establishing, healing, encouragement and discipling of troubled and struggling churches. The scripture that generally reflects our ministry is in the Book of Epesians, Chapter 4.

Ephesians 4:12 "- to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the Body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

Early on in our ministry, we traveled throughout Southern and Central Africa speaking at various churches, seminars, conferences, and Bible schools. During this time, God opened doors of opportunity to minister and encourage many Pastors. In our travels, we began to see many hurting churches and the problems they were experiencing. God gave us compassion and burdened our hearts for what they were going through. Our awareness of the problems they were experiencing began to grow. We were unaware at that time that God was preparing us for the ministry that we are involved in today.

God has, through the past years, led us into our current ministry. He uses us in many ways. At one church, we brought new vision and direction, from a traditional, program-based church, to a cell-based church. Once this direction was established, this church experienced remarkable growth and is healthy and flourishing today.

In some churches, the Lord brought a refreshing. To others He brought a greater sense of direction and spiritual growth. At another church, God used us to bring correction and restoration in the leadership. All this resulted from a willingness to invest our lives in the church and spend time becoming involved with their ministry. I was not there to just preach to them.

In some cases God has brought administrative guidance and support for the leadership, and in others he has brought order and balance. Our ministry may be as simple as standing along side a Pastor and supporting him, or it may involve a relatively longterm commitment by assuming a role in leadership for a period of time. In whatever manner God chooses to use us, our heart is to see the church succeed.
